About the listings

Every machine listed on this site is described in good faith based on the information Craig has at the time of listing. Photos, hours, and specifications are our best current information but are not warranties. Confirm anything that matters to you before you buy — Craig will provide additional photos, service records, and a quotation PDF on request, and 3rd party inspections are available at additional cost.

Prices and availability

Prices, if shown, are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change. Machines are sold subject to prior sale — a listing being online does not guarantee it is still available. Shipping, taxes, duties, export documents, and financing costs are quoted separately.

"As-is" sales

Used equipment is sold as-is, where-is, unless a written agreement between you and CGT Heavy Equipment Ltd. says otherwise. Any manufacturer warranty remaining on a machine transfers to the extent permitted by the manufacturer.

Use of the site

This site is for looking at inventory and contacting Craig. Do not scrape, copy, or repost listings, photos, or descriptions without permission. Do not submit false information, spam, or malicious content through the forms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CGT Heavy Equipment Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising out of your use of this site or reliance on information posted here. This does not limit any rights you have under Canadian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Alberta. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alberta.
